In North Carolina, domestic partnerships are no longer a legal way to be in a union. The only way is that it happens with marriage between a male and a female. Yeah…effing ridiculous. You know, we really shouldn't look at gender when it comes to marriage. What's the big deal!? What would happen when homosexual people get married? Absolutely freaking nothing. The only thing that will happen is that they get married and uh…Society is a better, more accepting place. And you want to know why these people (YES THEY ARE PEOPLE!) want to get married? It's the same reason as heterosexual people. They love each other and they want to share this love with other people that they are close to. That's pretty much it. Sure, there might be some gold diggers, and what not, but still. And far from your beliefs or whatever, I'm pretty sure a World War III won't start if they're able to get married. I know, I know, how that sounds, but trust me…It won't happen. And if being married to the same gender is such a sin, DON'T MARRY THE SAME GENDER! It's them that's sinning according to your effed up religion, not you! Only if you're a bigot who goes to extreme measures to suppress other people am I calling your religion efed up…Because it's sure as heck different from those normal Christians/Jews/Muslims/etc.. Let's see…What else to rage about besides the fact I'm not making multiple paragraphs. Oh yes! I cannot believe how low people go down to. The people who voted against gay marriage are the lowest of the lowest scum on this earth. Do they realize how they come across as ignorant bastards? I don't think they do. This is the 21st century, in the land of the free, where people have the right to pursue happiness. This isn't being done, though. The people of North Carolina, and of other states as well, are neglecting the fact that homosexuals are citizens of the United States of America. They have the right to pursue happiness. However, this right is being taken away from them to not be able to be legally recognized as a couple. God! I'm just so sick of this people! I cannot believe how these people behave. And if you are one of these people, you're the one going to Hell. I'm a freaking Atheist, and I know that you'll be the one going to Hell!!! @#$%@#$% !!! God!
